Welcome to Spark Tutoring
Hello! I’m so glad you stopped by! Spark Tutoring provides virtual academic tutoring, intervention support, English language learning strategies, and so much more. We seek to design a plan that will help your child learn in a way that utilizes their learning styles and strengths. We provide instruction in math, language arts, social studies, science and any other area you feel you need support. If you need samples and/or printables in the subject we are working on, we can provide those as well, for your records. If there is something else you need not mentioned here, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do. About Christy
I am a credentialed teacher passionate about helping students find confidence and joy in learning. I have been an educator for over 25 years. Half of this time, I taught primary grades in the public-school setting, the other half, I supported homeschool families as an Education Specialist through a public charter school.
I hold a current California Multiple Subject Credential with a CLAD certification. I have a Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. The training I’ve received as an educator, as well as my experience, has equipped me to provide support and instruction for those needing intervention, English language learners, those needing extra support or those needing to be challenged.
